Being coordinated has a lot more to do with your life than just your juggling skills. When you coordinate your outfits, you typically find that more than just your look gets better. In this world, people treat you better when you look better. So when you dress, you want to always have your outfits coordinate solidly amongst themselves.
One way you can make sure your fashion sense if confirmed is to make sure your top and your bottoms never match one another. If you’re going to coordinate, you want colors that complement but don’t match one another. If you look too similar at your top and your bottom, you start to take on the appearance of a bland old farmer instead of the hip and trendy person you are. Naturally, this doesn’t go all the way through, however. You do want your top to match your shoes for a very important reason.
When your top and your shoes match, especially if there’s a bright color or a pattern involved, you find that people want to look you up and down more often than they would if you didn’t have any matching going on whatsoever. When you want to match, make it something subtle enough that people get to figure it out instead of being bashed in the face with it. People want to have to guess at a few things in life, instead of just having everything thrown at them. When you coordinate well, you’ll give them lots of intellectual stimulation with your look.
